• Well over two decades of hedge fund experience

• Reviewed hundreds of hedge funds for marketability and de facto operational issues, from weather derivatives, to equity long-short, from ABS to global macro, etc. etc.

• Set up hedge funds in Cayman, Bermuda, Luxembourg and reviewed many other jurisdictions and structures

• Set up various investment managers in London, Malta and offshore (Sturgeon Capital, Pentalpha Capital, Arjan Capital)

• Set up London office for San Antonio Capital Management

• Selected and worked with various prime brokers, custodians, administrators, legal, distributors, auditors, accountants etc. etc.

• Fund director in various jurisdictions (Luxemburg, Cayman, Bermuda)

• Compliance and AML Officer for various firms for over 15 years and CFO for various firms for over a decade.

• Started as equity analyst, top Extel rating as Dutch analyst, European transport, European new telecoms at UBS, Paribas and Commerzbank. Active in various corporate finance deals, e.g. IPOs, M&A. Then promoted early to Head of Research in Moscow and Singapore.

• MBA University of Chicago (incl. PhD courses finance, advanced accounting), Business Economics Degree Erasmus University (accounting, tax)

• Like to travel and try out my variable language skills (Dutch, German, French)
